The velcro itself works incredibly well with industrial strength and the adhesive side of each part of the velcro adheres very well to hard, non-porous objects and objects. However, the adhesive side does not stick/stick well to fabric products. Otherwise I would give more than 5 stars if possible! I bought this specifically to attach a strip to a wooden batten around a door and then a piece of the appropriate size to a heavier curtain to block access through that door and keep the sunlight out of that room in the summer. so that in winter there are no drafts from the same room. And the velcro side is so strong that on the few occasions when we have to undo a closed velcro to get through that entrance, the velcro detaches from the curtain and stays attached to a glued piece of velcro on the door panel. I wish we could find a way to attach the sticky side of the velcro to the curtain. Like I said, the strength of real velcro is incredible, but the sticky side only sticks to certain objects/materials. I am happy about offers from the seller! Either way, this is an excellent product for specific jobs and tasks. Just make sure to clean the item you are sticking the sticky side on before sticking it on this item.
