It is easy to integrate with our Salesforce CRM system as there are several connectors available for such integrations. You can configure it very easily from scratch, however you may need some technical assistance at that point of time. The ability to connect with other systems like Google Analytics API etc has also been added in this version which was not present earlier. Easy configuration process using drag-and-drop interface makes it user friendly. We use it primarily to extract the required information from various sources (like sales documents) within our ERP solution and then store them into one database so that we have consolidated source material when doing analysis/research projects.
