I had to return this product for 2 reasons. But first for the good. Considering the price is way below Wacom and maybe the only competitor that comes up, I was impressed with the quality. The stylus is very well weighted and I have to say I like the tip even more than Wacom's - precise, excellent pressure sensitivity. The tablet itself was fairly cheap and lightweight-looking, and I had my doubts, but surprisingly, once connected, it felt all natural. The extra gift the company gave the tablet (a cleaning kit, a glove I'll never wear, a felt case) were all nice touches that added to the positive experience and if someone bought this device as an entertainment device then it is it would likely significantly increase their satisfaction with the product. day every day (Rereading this makes me realize I should have just bought a regular Wacom to start with, but it's always nice to give a loser a chance. A plus at this price point.) 1. On day one there was a problem with the installation. Most artboard designers have a pen button for right/clicking and another for panning and scrolling. The options provided by the driver only include swiping up or down (although even that UI is weird: you aim the pen while holding the button and move up and down without touching the tablet, leading to the Panning weirdly and imprecisely is a lot of flicks of the wrist to get something like this - a typical web post, for example, might consist of 17 flicks of the wrist - and depending on whether you're scrolling up or down, you can only access those Wise and use then you still have to resort to the touch panel or arrow keys (different). Also, none of them allow full panning or scrolling in all directions (up, down, left, right). Many design programs have a "spacebar" "-Hotkey that allows panning. So when I set the pen button to "Spacebar" I was still able to pan in some design programs and was ready to getting used to it and using my laptop's touchpad for all other programs that don't use the spacebar as a pan key shortcut. It was uncomfortable but not impossible. For those interested there is a solution via the middle article if you google it which involves downloading an additional program someone made but it is an exe and only works on PC2. By the second day my computer was only recognizing the device 25% of the time and I had to keep reconnecting it. I have the latest MacBook Pro, seems to have a compatibility error. Between this and the above issue, I was left with no choice but to return it. Changing my behavior and having to keep restarting my device is slowing down my workflow too much to give it a chance. However, both of these issues are definitely software related, not hardware related. During performances, the device behaves and feels quite well. Hopefully they can release a (fairly simple) driver update to support designers who need panorama scrolling as well as better recognition on Macs which most designers still use.
