These small pots are great for freezing food for yourself or for sharing food with others. The lid is very durable and holds its shape well when folding pans into the freezer. The paper lid makes it convenient for you to write cooking instructions on the lid and list what's inside. Of course you have to remove the paper lid and cover the pan with foil before cooking, but I love the size, convenience and strength of this pan. The mold is strong enough to be used in the oven without additional use of the baking tray underneath. It's for 4 servings.
