Heart with letter broke off within a few day-twice
I purchased 3 of these for each of our daughters. We had a miscarriage in November and I wanted the girls to have something from their baby sibling named Ember so I ordered the E bracelets for them for Christmas. It’s a little big for my 6 year old and super big for the 18 month old but that’s ok. What’s not ok is my super careful 8 year old crying because the heart with the letter E broke off and was lost within just a few days. revain replaced it and within 48 hours we had the same experience. Just makes me sad as she loved wearing it to remember the baby.
