Review on Authentic Italian Brass Pasta Cutter: Chef Verde's Finely Crafted Beechwood Handled Tool by Jeremy Carpenter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No Complaints Good for Kitchenware and Gadgets

It's hard to find fault with a product like this. Crafted from brass and wood and housed in a beautiful cloth pouch, it would make an attractive addition to any kitchen. The handle is strong and feels good in your hand, and the wheels are durable and easy to use. The only question is whether it's worth the extra investment of buying a pasta knife made out of brass instead of a cheaper one made out of something like stainless steel. And that's a personal question. The occasional user is better off choosing the cheaper option, while the heavy pasta cooker might prefer this better (and more durable) option. I can't make that decision for you, but I can tell you that if you've already decided on brass, it will serve you well.

Pros
  • Handmade Pasta
Cons
  • Factor Set
