These are my second UR boots, albeit a different model. They took forever to dismantle and even after almost 2 months of use (12 hour shifts) they were still tight in the instep area, especially when I put them on. Another complaint is the extremely poor quality of the boot itself. As you can see from the photo, the back of the boot started tearing after 2 weeks, the same thing happened to the front. I'm 6"2, 245p, very active worker so obviously I'm not recommending these boots to people with a similar build. They might fit someone smaller/lighter. 1 star from me.
