So far I like the quality of the pans. I ordered others and they were thin and thin. It was difficult to handle cakes in it without doubling or tripling the molds at the bottom. This is not a problem with your product. Lidded pound containers are great for making banana breads and other custom sized breads. Large pots and other baked goods are also used for this.
