I ordered from Crucial Vacuum first and although the brush looks the same the two edges are on either side of the area where the strap goes raised, which is why it didn't fit in a vacuum. It was black plastic and the brush pattern is the same but the edges of the belt are not the same as the photo. If it was like the picture it would fit. I find Crucials' return system to be just as good as Revains'. Before you simply click return item on Revain, contact them directly first and they can send you a link to print out your prepaid return. + for their customer service. I ordered a second one from Merchandise Mecca and it fits me perfectly. There was a slight intermittent squeak when first used, so hopefully it broke and didn't break. Maybe because of cheap bearings, but I'll use it until it burns out. I'm back in business for now.
