BLUEROCK has quality that is disappointing and terrible customer service.

My time spent with BLUEROCK was filled with a lot of frustration and disappointment. In spite of the fact that they assert that their items are of high quality and that they provide excellent customer service, I discovered that the quality of their tools and equipment was below average, and that their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The tools that I bought were made of materials that were flimsy and inexpensive, and after only a few uses, they started to break down and become useless. In addition, the designs were not at all original, and they did not contain any of the elements that I required to make my work simpler and more productive. When I asked for assistance from BLUEROCK's customer support staff, I discovered that they were unresponsive and unable to provide any aid to me. As a result of their refusal to address my concerns or provide any constructive ideas, I was left feeling aggravated and unsatisfied with the experience as a whole. Because of my previous interactions with their products and customer service, I am unable to endorse BLUEROCK as a brand overall. If you are searching for tools and equipment of a high quality, I would suggest looking in a different location.
