Since I had several models before, I was extremely discouraged that on the device for 190 thousand, the paint on the keys begins to wear off after a month. None of the previous models had this. Although I have used some of them for over 3 years. Actually, after a call to those support, I was sent to a service center. Where did my circle of communication take place. And a vicious circle - which at this stage cannot be broken in any way. (there is a sick option) Specifically: an Apple phone specialist - says - bring it to the service center and they will help you, it shouldn't be like that. (after describing my issue in Apple Support Chat) In the service they say - this is a cosmetic defect and if this does not affect the work in any way - then it's your problem that the keys are erased like that. Yes, it's sad, but alas. After calling Apple again - I'm trying to figure out why I should be sent to a service where, as a result, they will send me because of their own requirements for the service. To which I was asked to contact Rospotrebnadzor (a sick option) and in general, yes, this should not be so. But it is! And now it's your problem. ____ And as long as there are no collective appeals - wholesale - apparently this will remain so. ___ MORALITY. Having bought this model, if in a month you will have the same traces, this is definitely a defect in the application of paint and the jamb of the manufacturer. And the more calls to them, the faster they will implement the next program to eliminate defects! Even the keyboard for 500 is not erased so quickly. I'm good to Apple - but for me it's a real pain. Can not be so. The rest of the model is really very successful.
