I have read some of these reviews and many claim they are geeks although they are not as it DELIVERS EVERYTHING you need to install and configure your Nvidia drivers. You do NOT have to look for the drivers yourself as many claim they are right HERE on the installation CD. , everything installed, rebooted, the screen changed for the better, since the new drivers worked. Then I adjusted some Nvidia specific settings. It couldn't be easier anywhere, just don't overclock so much, otherwise IT LASTS, I just did it myself. :> To be clear, playing cards cost $350-1000, they don't, so don't expect "real" gaming performance. Basically, it's just an upgraded card that replaces Intel's built-in internal graphics chip. Nothing really more, a bit better than internal graphics and frees up some RAM as it has its own RAM and doesn't have to be shared so that's on its own if that's a good thing.
