I really liked the phone. This should replace the old phone we use as a home/emergency phone. My daughter uses it more often as it just sits around and suddenly gets too hot. I thought maybe the phone case is too thick or there is not enough air for ventilation. I took it off and it's still heating up. Bought in March, now June. We can not fully charge, otherwise it will overheat. I have to unplug it, let it cool down and plug it back in because I'm afraid it will overheat. IDK if it's just the weather. Also idk if it's with heat or what. But we hear nothing in the applications. When we make calls with it, we hear well. I've tried checking the volume on everything but still can't hear anything. 🤷‍♀️ Until recently it was a great phone. Will definitely have to get a new one.
