God sent it for the journey. I can connect 3 suitcases and get them through baggage claim and customs with ease. Here are some tips that helped make it work for me. This product doesn't work intuitively, but when used correctly, it's amazing! 1. The claw (top hook) should be inserted under the top handle of the suitcase with the hole facing up so that it snaps onto the handle with the hole facing you and over the handle. There are clips on the bottom of the strap for adding more cases.2. So to attach the second bag, the clips are on the underside of the belt. (It's more intuitive to have the clips on the top of the belt, but then the product WILL NOT work properly.) So, using the clips on the bottom of the belt, open the clip and attach the second pouch. Be sure to adjust the clip strap to fit snugly so that the second suitcase fits snugly against the first suitcase.3. Then attach the third pocket. Brilliant! 4. I have spinner suitcases that roll forward without tipping back. It's so easy to use and not heavy that it won't strain your back or arms. Once your suitcases are connected, they move as a unit. Brilliant!
