After publishing a backpack review. The seller contacted me and replaced it. The new bag is fantastic. She's been at school for a few months and she's doing great. NO quality issues or defects. I still love the size and functionality. Her jacket fits perfectly with the drawstring on the front and is perfect for the little one. First Review: We only received this bag 7 days ago, haven't even used it to date. My little one put her snacks and a change of clothes inside, nothing heavy. As I was packing her daycare bag, I noticed that the chest strap had already come loose from the shoulder strap. 1 day of very little use and it's already falling apart. Now I have no expectations that it will last even a month, let alone several years. I thought the price was good and I really wanted front tires for her love and doll. But I wish I had just one bag of LL Bean, which I know lasts from preschool through college. I would advise against buying this bag.
