I like that it is simple to use, but also has all of your accounting needs met in one place! It is not easy for someone who does not have experience with payroll and taxes to navigate through this software without getting confused or missing something important. The only thing about payroll change report that I absolutely dislike is how long time it takes to get an update once you submit changes. This means if there are any issues discovered during tax season, your information could be out dated by weeks before they catch up with current events. Reporting taxes quarterly was much easier than every month when using paper reports and forms; as well as having our state do their own reporting.
