Great Communication and Excellent Work Product
We were able to keep our website up-to date with new features that we wanted by having them develop it live so they could see how things worked in real life before finalizing all of their changes! I wish there was more time between when you have something ready/in progress & getting feedback from other team members (as well as yourself) about what needs work or where improvements can be made along way through development process!! It's always great communicating back n forth during this phase - but if done right at least 1 person should just go ahead without waiting around too long once everything is agreed upon internally then moving forward together towards completion goal.
Pros
- The ability for us not only being involved throughout design, layout / build phases.but also seeing results almost immediately after launch which has been very helpful given fast pace nature within startup environment here today..also helps get buy ins much easier than usual since everyone sees immediate value instead delayed benefits like traditional approach would lead one believe
