They do what they're supposed to do
For me as I'm not used to them and have never used anything like this they were a bit difficult to master but with practice they can be easy. They are not comfortable to sleep in at all which I am sure lol. They made my hair super curly and bouncy. My strands looked very cute. Lots of volume. My hair is long, gathered back in layers in the middle, I think it's better for short to medium length hair because my hair had to frizz a lot, it didn't dry out completely the next day. In general they work as long as you use them correctly :).
