I was a bit skeptical about using a bin at first, but since my husband gave it to me I've been very happy with it! I try to keep our kitchen clean and this is a big help in that area. I cook a lot at home, which means lots of veg and skin waste, and this keeps my sink nice and clean and doesn't waste a bowl that I could use for something else. (To me, this trash bowl is just for trash and nothing else as I prefer metal or glass for most of my kitchen food contact bowls.) It was a great purchase and looks so cute on my counter. too much of! Highly recommended +++.
