No longer working and no customer service
This worked fine for about 3 weeks and then the motor ran but no water came out. I've only ever used filtered water. I contacted the seller and he said he would send me a new one. It's been a few months and it still hasn't arrived but the return window has closed. In the meantime I have bought H2ofloss and I am completely satisfied. All I wanted was something that worked!
