I'm 5'3" 27" waist 34" and they are too long for me. My inseam is 28-29" and I can usually 31" Wear it quite comfortably. The inseam here is more like 32 measurements from the crotch to the bottom of the pant, but doesn't take into account how low the crotch hangs, making it even longer than the inseam suggests. Well, I was hoping that the 40" width is due to the pleated design, but instead of matching the cute pleated designs near the waistband, it bulged at the hips just below the elastic. He didn't drape, there was too much material, which he just blew up, probably more like how I envisioned it being a medium to large size I usually wear small can never wear smaller and my hips are usually quite large so this is a new one Problem. You should make size XS if that fits.
