I love this thing! The recipe is below:

We love it from the start! Now we cook pasta at least once a week and have used all types of pasta. We've had similar pasta machines in the past, but this one is amazing compared to everything else we've tried. Our learning curve wasn't bad, but here are some tips to get you started. 1- Give your KitchenAid time to cool down if you are cooking more than 1 batch of pasta. After a while the engine will warm up. 2- Do not overload the hopper with pasta dough; just throw in a new ball as soon as you see the snail, don't put any pressure on it, and it will go much better. 3- When done, use a metal tool to scrape off as much batter as possible and let the rest dry. You can come back in 2 hours and the hard to reach material will just crumble with the tool. 4- Easy Pasta Dough Recipe: Mix 3.5 cups of flour, 4 beaten eggs, a pinch of salt and a small spoonful of water. in a big bowl. Mix by hand; it will be chalky and dry. Add water, a tablespoon at a time, and then knead the dough for a minute or two. Repeat with more water until you feel "right," which is hard to describe, but you just know when you're feeling it. Knead for a few more minutes. Wrap everything in cling film and let stand for an hour. When you're done, break off small pieces of dough and roll them into balls the size of a ping pong ball, then toss into the hopper one at a time. Fresh pasta cooks quickly, you just need to throw it in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
