I ordered this because my wife still has an old bone grater that I call a bone grater. You have to grab what you rub so you rub your fingers and knuckles. I'm bored of this. It arrived today and I quickly tried it with cheese. Rubs well and is the right size. It works well on grated medium-sized pieces of cheese. The old man grated cheeses of different sizes and also left pieces. It fits perfectly in your hand and you can safely hold everything you rub. No more bloody joints. This allows you to grate faster, safer and more stable. Wash both sides and you're done. Old, I couldn't even put my hand in to clean it. Evil! This is a well built, durable and easy to use grater that will allow me to retire the old one. Hooray! It's more - very good value for money and it deserves all the 5 stars it gets from me.
