The ease of use, flexibility to customize for our specific needs as well as training support from both internal staff members at SYNERGY AND external consultants/trainer who have experience in using this software was outstanding! I would highly recommend the system. It has been very easy to learn how to navigate within the program itself but also learning which features are available through third party plugins (such as Salesforce). We were able to implement many processes that improved efficiency throughout all areas including front desk customer service team member's ability to access their information quickly while working remotely during COVID-19 pandemic. the most useful is the ability to access the data. The user interface is very slow and sometimes it takes a while to open a window. Sometimes the software crashes and the only way to continue using the program is to restart the computer. it is a very good software to control the purchase. It is very simple to use, very fast and reliable. It is an excellent software to deal with the purchase.
