The simplicity of the app, being able to connect from anywhere at anytime. If you're in the office and want to access your computer remotely, this is great! I wish it had more options for connecting to other devices. For example, my phone has an app called "Remote" that allows me to use my phone as a second monitor. This would be helpful if I wanted to connect to another laptop or desktop computer. There's nothing wrong with the software, but I think there could be some additional features added to make it even better. It's perfect for when you need remote assistance. You can log in and see what they are doing and give them advice without having to walk over.
