I am 24 years old and recently prescribed Retin-A and had side effects such as inflammation and flaking (I felt like my face was burning). I was looking for something mild enough to prevent further irritation but strong enough to actually clear and prevent breakouts. In the last 6 weeks I have tried various cleansers from neutrogena, clinique and cetaphil but they all caused breakouts or dried out my already irritated skin. I've been using this toner for 2 weeks and it has significantly reduced the side effects. Retina. My skin is still dry and flaky from the medication but it's not noticeable anymore! Redness and inflammation have completely disappeared. I've never had horrible acne, but I've had monthly breakouts (caused by my periods) for as long as I can remember. For the first time in my life my period started without a single pimple. It's only been 2 weeks and the changes I've noticed are a miracle compared to the drugstore products I've used in the past. My skin is healing and looks brighter and healthier. My mom and sister commented on how quickly my complexion improved. I'm not the type to spend over $10 on skincare products but it's worth it and I will buy again!
