This turned out to be a poor choice for my aging drum. The product was cheap and readily available, but the quality of the product was far below acceptable even for everyday use. The paper looks "marbled", not transparent. The drum appears to be dirty with toner, but the toner was replaced at the same time (using an OEM product). The old toner cartridge gave the same result, but the old drum did not. The old drum before replacement provided better print quality. I will continue to use the old drum until an OEM product arrives. UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me and asked if I would like to try a replacement product as it could be a one-off defect. The new drum arrived and showed the same condition. I ordered a replacement toner cartridge from the same manufacturer, although I replaced the original with a new Brother when replacing the drum. Everything was air gun cleaned and resealed with a new drum and V4INK cartridge and the print was fantastic! I suspect these two products work well together, but not so well with Brother toner. I recommend finding a drum and toner pack if you have one to avoid my experience. I spent less money on two toner cartridges and a drum than OEM toners so this could be very good value for money.
