Ideal for hands-free training. The little white handles on the bottom weren't glued on when I got this, but I just glued them on and had no problems with them falling off. Help reaching along the sink. Without a handle, it doesn't slip too much, but it's nice to have one. A colander is good for any door that needs to be strained or rinsed (like fruit and veg). I'd say it's best to hang over the sink and rinse or strain items. This isn't the easiest of maneuvers when you need to strain something like pasta and then put it back into the pot. The design really doesn't make it easy to pour back into the pot unless it's a pot with a hole larger than a colander. Just something to note. Overall I like it as it's hands free and doesn't move around the sink.
