Easy to use, and a simple interface. The program is also very user friendly and has a lot of customization options. I don't like that the program is not compatible with iOS. I wish that the program was available on the app store so I could sync my phone with the desktop program. If you are looking for a great appointment setting program that is user friendly, then ETrace is your solution. I highly recommend this program to my clients. Appointment setting is easy and simple with this program. We are able to track our appointments, and it's very easy to communicate with our clients.
