The team at Bases is great to work with! I have been working closely over several years now. They are always willing to help you out when needed or if they can't assist there's no problem as well that we couldn’t solve together through time-tested methods. As an outsourced partner it takes some getting used to but after spending enough hours consulting their expertise has helped me improve my own skillset considerably. Communication could use improvement though - especially during project phases where communication becomes harder due to change requests etc.- also sometimes late responses from them which isn´t good for deadlines/timeframes since this then needs additional resources. Also not being able to give feedback directly within projects (sometimes) makes things more difficult compared to other partners who allow direct comments in specific tickets / issues raised by clients. So far so perfect; however i would advise contacting our sales teams first about new products before using services like ours since many.
