Phenomenal product. Used with Dragon Medical Practice Edition 2, almost 100% accurate speech recognition (e.g. 99.95%). I use it at home and Nuance PowerMic II at work. Buttons on Philips are much more pleasant to press; They're solid and give good feedback when pressed, while the PowerMic buttons are fairly soft. Buttons can be easily assigned to control the Dragon software, but you must log out of the Philips Control Center and restart it before the saved changes take effect. I also highly recommend the DMPE 2 software over previous versions of Dragon or competitors like Talktech. I've never had such amazingly accurate speech recognition.
