The remote control does not work. Worked well enough with a USB keyboard. I made two changes (disabled the location and edited the display size to get rid of the extremely bright triangles and circles on the always-on ((always-on-for-some-reason)) dashboard, which I still can't get to Now that's it that 'Media Box Launcher stopped' shows up, there is an option to 'Reopen the app' which will bring the screen back to the same screen it's been on for the rest of my days possible on this planet. I am donating rights and freedoms found nowhere else on the planet for convenience and stepping out of the default location settings. Ordering an alternate remote control is a must for the full potential of this product. With the additional remote control, which I had to order separately, I can disable the stupid droid dashboard, which is useless anyway since my TV doesn't have a touchscreen and I have access to all the functions can and the settings I need with the keyboard and the optional remote control. I am satisfied with this product. I received about 6 or more emails from the seller regarding my first negative review. I think they are trying to help. I just don't have time to check that.
