Software or card has serious problems

The quality of the card itself is a bit low. Mine fits in the slot on the mobo but puts some strain on the outlet. Now for the rest: 1. The sound is coming from the wrong speaker, eg front left to right speaker and vice versa.2. The only sound that comes out right (it seems to me) is the center and subwoofer (that's a plus)3. The software supports 6-channel output, but I have no idea what it actually does.4. For example: 5.1 typically uses 6 speakers or channels.5. Rear, at some point I started making a noise, don't ask how, besides, he was on the subwoofer channel.6. If you check the rear speaker (I assume that's what the symbols mean) I hear something from the front with an echo superimposed. Maybe that's what they mean by surround sound. In short, either the card or the software is completely screwed up. I asked about it, got the standard answer which you can find on the product page. (copy and past) My sequel didn't provide an answer. As the saying goes, you get what you paid for. That's very true, but in this case you get even less than what you paid for. I expected the card to at least route the sound to the right speaker, but it won't. (My speakers are fine as they worked correctly prior to this card) After three days of fumbling I gave up and cut my losses. Thought I'd save a few bucks as I have a hearing loss on my left side and still can't hear stereo. As it turns out, I threw away $18. Went and ordered Creative, hope this one sounds better and works as expected. Something must be wrong with the computer's sound devices, my onboard worked for 2 months and then decided to go to silicon heaven.
