I've been buying these for years. I have loved her for many years! But last year they are dry, dry, dry! no more moisture! They drip when you take them out and when you're done, some liquid stays in the packaging. Now they are bone dry! I am canceling my subscription for them! I am disappointed in Loreal! If you need to save money, discontinue the product - don't change us or make us pay for something we don't get!
