Well, I'll start by saying that you can definitely get incredibly beautiful curls with it. I really only have one problem with this curling iron. It won't turn off unless you unplug it. I used it one morning before work and turned it off (I went through the options until none of the lights came on). When I got home later that evening it was hot and I was freaking out but figured I must have forgotten to turn it off. Then tonight I used it and turned it off again by clicking through the options until the lights went out. . Fast forward three hours later and I'm leaving to hook up something else, took it for a spin and burned my hand really bad! There was no sign that it was on. For me, this is a serious problem because not everyone unplugs the curling iron after use. Beware! You have to turn it off so that it actually turns off and doesn't burn your hand or, worse, start a house fire.
