Review on SteelSeries Rival 600 Gaming Mouse Review: Unveiling 12,000 CPI TrueMove3Plus Dual Optical Sensor, 0.5 Lift-off Distance, Weight System, and RGB Lighting! by Amrit Barla ᠌

I do not recommend spending my money on this.

I cannot recommend this mouse to those who primarily buy a device for a comfortable and high-quality game. I’ll note the above inconveniences for 500 rival, why was this one so spoiled by a huge dpi change button and notches for backlighting? What kind of normal player changes DPI often? Everyone I play at 400-800 dpi gets used to one sense and does not change it. Make a DPI switch button at the bottom of the mouse. Now I had to take a mouse from Logitech, I hope that I will change it to stealth series in the future if they release something really for a comfortable game in terms of shape and good results. With 3 buttons for the thumb, it would be better to make them like a 500. And the weight of the mouse would be around 80-95 gr. Yes, and I would make its height a little lower 40 mm somewhere.

Pros
  • Well made; Cool software; The ability to adjust the height of the separation; Excellent sensor; Appearance; Convenient form, if not for the cons Fairly light weight.
Cons
  • the shape is comfortable, it is excellent, but because of the large DPI change button and the recesses for the backlight, it is not very convenient. I could not get used to it, the hand is simply not comfortable. My hand is big enough, but getting to the thirds, the far button for the thumb will not come out easily. I have a Rival 500 with it there are no such problems at all, but unfortunately it is heavy for MMOs. Another disadvantage would be the wire, it is not the best for 600 and 500 rival.
