Review on Sailun Ice Blazer WST3 225/50 R17 98T winter by Michal Kucharski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm impressed! Exactly the product deserves your attention.

Most of all, the infernal rumble promised in the reviews was embarrassing. Of course, the tires hum, well, damn it, guys, of course, any new winter tires hum when you put in replacements for worn ones. The tread is new, high, hence it seems that the new rubber is much noisier than the previous one. I changed 2 cars this year: - your own FF3 to the Bridgestone mentioned above (Ford has a noise) - Capture of the wife for this Saylun (consider no noise at all) So on the Ford, the rumble from the Bridges is noticeably higher at any speed. Sailun hums strongly only in a narrow range around 110-120, otherwise it hums like any other rubber.

Pros
  • Of course, the main advantage is the price. For 16 thousand I bought a kit 215/60 R17. The tread pattern is quite normal, I don’t think an expert will understand at first glance that you have Chinese rubber if you don’t read the name on the sidewall. The tires are well balanced. The installer was surprised, before that he had put on new Breeches Blizzak Spike, so he said that it was bad in this sense. It rows perfectly in the current St. Petersburg snows, my wife has never stuck anywhere, she parks on the Renault Capture where I don’t go at all. From deep porridge leaves perfectly. At speed out of the rut, it is rebuilt without throws.
Cons
  • Yes, there were no special expectations. I took it at my own peril and risk, fortunately so far no problems have been identified.

With its pros: Low noise Excellent grip on wet pavement Moderately soft. Its cons: Small size studs, not yet tested in harsh winter conditions.
