I have a big family so ironing all their clothes was really a chore and often failed, but now I'm ironing every time I do laundry "what needs ironing, it's great! I'm buying a second one for Christmas for my mum. It's ready to use in 4 seconds. The bar could have been a bit higher and the base could have used the brake to prevent tipping , not that it happened, but it could happen. To fold pants, I put the pants on the bed (an ironing board might come in handy) and then fold them. For me, it fits within my budget, is quick and convenient and fulfilling its purpose.smoothes wrinkles!Remember that when the water runs out, the safety switch will trip and you might think it's broken, but make sure to reset it, before sending it back. And try not to let that happen. Even if the water stays in the tank for a long time, it will become chicken! So just use some bleach and rinse. I've had it for 2 months and use it for an hour every week for up to a week and a half and then as often as needed. It has not yet had to be cleaned with vinegar as the instructions recommend.
