Worth the buy good for me
I ordered a size Large and I normally wear a medium because of what the reviews said. It seems to fit. So order a size larger than you normally wear. I like the belt, works better than the other one I had. I'm using for Diastasis Recti after my pregnancy to close the gap in my abs and it's helping after a week. (I wear belt and use it to help exercise/ train my abs) I recommend trying if you are having this issue from pregnancy.
