After the first use I was ready to write a rave review as I was really impressed with the result of pressing the tofu before baking it in the air fryer or dehydrator. I was also thrilled to receive a pair of kitchen towels in the exact colors I had been looking for for months, with a nice personal note from the sellers. However, on the second use the brass fitting popped out in one of the handles and despite using all the tricks in my book, like silicone spray, putting it in the freezer for 24 hours while pouring hot water over it back seems impossible. . It will slide about halfway, causing it to pop out. again, mostly in the last phase. So I'll never be able to dry a block of tofu ever again, leading me to throw the whole device in the trash - unless someone can offer a solution?
