Review on Hurst 3737131 Competition Shifter Installation by Keith Saywon

The kit fitted well but the spring clips for attaching the shifter rods were worse. They were bent incorrectly and kept coming loose during assembly. I thought it was because I was moving the cranks that they fell off, but after reassembly and test ride I lost one on the road, had to drive home in second gear. I replaced them all with spring cotter pins. I even called Hurst to tell them they got a bunch of bad spring clips.
