This wig is really cute and good quality for Halloween and Cosplay! The "hair" flows beautifully and looks realistic. You can run your fingers over it, which is nice. The hair is thick and appears to be of good quality. My reason for the 3 star rating is the fact that nowhere in the Revain description does it say this item is non-refundable. I bought two wigs for Halloween with the intention of returning the hat I liked the least. I checked the description and important information before purchasing and nothing was said about the impossibility of returning the product, even if it was purchased through Revain. I have contacted Revain customer service regarding this to see if they can resolve the issue but I am very disappointed that I did not know beforehand as I would not have purchased it.
