My favorite thing is the mouse. I have a Qi charger above my mouse pad so I can just put the mouse on the charger at the end of the day and when I come back it's fully charged. I don't care about color changing effects on the mouse (just not with RGB LEDs). The reason for the 3 star rating is that the mouse works exactly as you would expect most of the time. It then randomly goes into deep sleep mode and doesn't wake up until I turn off the switch on the bottom of the mouse. Then I wait a few more seconds for it to start again. It bothers me. Occurs several times a week. Given the number of game options available, I'd probably choose another one that doesn't have this problem. This happens quite rarely and I can't do anything about it (other than writing this review). The company moves incredibly slowly. I ended up getting an RMA pre-approval, but I asked for something else. Then they stopped responding. Very bad service. If you need a replacement, good luck! Another star minus.
