Simple features, simple to use and the UI is user friendly. I love that I can see my orders and manage the day to day operation of my restaurant. There is no way of adding or editing the orders once they have been placed. I have a number of restaurants and each restaurant has unique features. So when I have a new restaurant I have to spend a week or so setting this up. I have also had to do this for different staff members. So it can be slow. We are now able to do so much more with our food. We can see our sales and our spend. We can manage our team with ease.
