It was a good deal at first. I bought it to replace my original cable for my laptop and it took about 4/4.5 months. Then he just died. I was hoping because it had a 12 month warranty only now there is a way to contact the company to redeem the promised warranty. I am giving him 2 stars because he has worked for a few months and I feel generous for the good few months he has given me. But I'm completely unimpressed that it's only been working for a few months and that the company doesn't have their contact details anywhere, so I can't get them to get it right!
