When I received this bag in September 2019, I really liked it. The rose gold color is gorgeous, the bag is roomy with enough pockets to store and organize things. Unfortunately the handles and bottom corners are worn as you can see from the photos. I've had this bag for less than a year and have only used it to carry extra clothes to the gym or to work. The return window was only one month. The bag was fine at the time, and Vera Bradley's items were meant to last over a year. I am extremely disappointed.
