Review on Gravity Software by David Herrera

There are so many things I like about this software but nothing in particular stands out as being bad or good. It's easy enough to learn how it works, and there are plenty of training videos available online. The interface isn't always intuitive at first glance, especially if you're not used to using an Excel spreadsheet type program. This can be frustrating when trying to input information into one of the fields. After learning all the different features, they make sense once you figure them out! We've been able to streamline our processes by automating some manual tasks and creating better reports using gravity's reporting tools.
