Docsmit is simple to use and set up. It's also very reliable and you can easily track the progress of your mailings. The notifications system could be better. For example, I would like to have a notification when a document is sent but not received. As it is, it's easy to miss a document that hasn't been received for a couple of days. My biggest problem is that the notification system is very basic. I would like to be able to set up an email or text notification whenever a file is sent. Docsmit is a good tool for sending a large volume of mailings to customers, partners, and prospects. It's simple to use and gives a summary of each file sent with a link to the document.
