Review on Cronon Business Cloud by Jay Jeong

The ease of use for creating dashboards with this product was amazing compared to our previous system which consisted primarily just Excel sheets without any formatting options or visualizations like we are used too now! Nothing so far but I think it's really cool how easy they make things when working remotely from home by using their WebEx app (not even sure if its still called webex btw). Have created several reports out there since starting at work about 6 months ago & never saw anything wrong until 2 weeks back where my manager realized she couldnt access them anymore due problems regarding password resets etc.. And because i had some training sessions scheduled during off-peak hours before her holiday break started - these were cancelled/cancelled again once she got all those passwords reset issues sorted :) I like all of the features Cronon provides for its customers. The customer support teams are amazing and very knowledgeable about their products. I dislike when there isn't enough resources to help our sales team with the CRM system. We have struggled to find some new features and functions that we thought would be helpful. Cronon has helped us improve our processes which has made our company more efficient.
