Update: Company stands behind their product and shipped me another one for free and refunded my original price. Updating my review to 4 stars not 5 because I still don't understand why it's designed to have the threaded part be threaded to the main body.Not sure why it's designed like this, but on the 2nd use one of the faucet's inserts unscrewed from the body and came off with my hose. It's now in my hose and won't come out leaving this unusable with any hose but the one it's stuck in and leaving that hose pretty useless to me. Bottom line, this thing just broke and took my new hose with it as a casualty. Very bad.
